The Equal Rights Center’s Accepting & Welcoming: Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity course shares:
- best practices to provide equal housing opportunities to all prospects or residents,
- tips about using the right pronouns, and
- reminders of how to be accepting and welcoming to all.
The modules contain material for all skill levels and is appropriate for:
- leasing/sales agents,
- human resources departments,
- maintenance personnel, and
- all other executive management or staff who interact with prospects and residents.
The platform is easily accessible, can be completed at your own pace, and provides practical, real-world examples. Learners will receive a certificate upon completion.
