The Equal Rights Center’s Unlocking Discrimination interactive course includes:
- best practices for housing related criminal records screening policies,
- guidance from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and
- interactive quizzes to reinforce understanding.
The modules contain material for all skill levels and is appropriate for:
- leasing/sales agents,
- human resources departments,
- maintenance personnel, and
- all other executive management or staff who interact with prospects and residents.
The platform is easily accessible, can be completed at your own pace, and provides practical, real-world examples. It takes approximately 90 minutes to complete, and learners will receive a certificate upon completion.
